Hate the laundry facilities that my university residence has only four of each machine for about 120 people, which is ridiculous. Even more so, we pay close to $8,000 to stay here for eight months and we still have to pay $1.75 per load, plus the cost of all the detergents and dryer sheets to go along with it. So, it makes me very upset, but at least the detergent comes at a small cost (Sunlight Superstore deal from a while back)

No Halloween candies left at Jean Coutu ,Maxi and Uniprix ....Look like they ordered the exact amount for Halloween.At least I have one 90 nestle favorite box bought earlier this week but at a full price arggggggg..........so deceived

Try later on in the week. I've noticed the past few years a few stores near me have nothing the day after Halloween and then on Wed/Thursday there's tons of it again at better prices than 50% off.

Real rant-who buys a retail box of 48 Kit kat bars for Halloween (Dad must have gone to Costco!).

so.. trick or treating tonight with the kids... watched a young guy - 20-ish - with a baby in a stroller go to houses, wheel up to the door, ring the doorbell and wait for candy... really? if your kid can't walk and say trick or treat on his own you shouldn't be taking them out in the hopes of getting some free candy for yourself!!

Thats so lame! Not sure why would he not do that instead of doing something fun like going to a party lol

I have never trick or treat in my entire life! But then the 'party' is usually more more than going house to house

at least they didn't have the bucket for the baby and themselves... last year i went trick or treating as a group and one of the moms trick or treated right along side the kids with a bag of her own.. and as the night progressed the kids got tired and just walked along while she was still going up to the door.. with multiple bags because "the kids were too tired to make it to the door" i was floored! (this was the mom that also took a bag of my daughter's candy last year by "accident" ) there was a point where she was runnning 2-3 bags AND both her kids were at the door...

this year i went as a small group of 4 (my friend and her daughter with me and my daughter) and the girls had a great time.. i walked up to many doors with the girls wearing my big inflatable wings... said trick or treat with them, though never collected any candy for myself (i was the candy pack mule for when the kidlets pumpkin got full lol) and always thanked the person at the door. we managed the route we took the previous year in significantly less amount of time and didn't need a "rest" half way through

Went to local RCSS to PM $1 750-ml chocolate milk [yum] and cs said "that cannot be possible"; must be "a mistake" in the flyer -_- If only your store charges appropriately aka affordably.

Then she went on to say that I will give the "exception this time"

I had people who were shocked that I hadn't bought a costume for Penguinette 2's first Halloween let alone not taken her out...She was 3 weeks old at the time!
