This week, Food Basics has Schneider's All-Beef Juicy Jumbo hot dogs 375g package on sale for $3.98. I stocked up for the summer!
Ikwym!! @lotsasavings A while back, way before any talk of tariffs DH was with me in NF and we also only enjoy the All beef dogs. He dropped 2
packs ( a measly 10 dogs in total ) into the cart, I never blinked until we got to the checkout. When I saw that $9.00 for each price I said no thank you!
Same as you now, we only buy those ones when a sale comes along. Thanks for the heads up on the FB sale, I missed that.

This morning I got some brand new Eddie Bauer pants at the thrift store for $10.50-and 21 lbs of fruit and veg on Flash Food for $10.53. Hate paying the service charge and GST but it is still a good price at 50 cents per pound.

But wait-my deal just got even better! When I got home I was missing a cauliflower I had seen in one of the bags pictured that I had ordered-then I noticed one of the bags I was given was the wrong number. I just sent a message to flash food and to their credit they are refunding me $5.26 for one bag. So now my produce was only 25 cents per pound!! Yipee!
The small things definitely give me joy!

Also popped into Safeway and got 578 grams of pork chops marked down to $3.00. I think that will feed hubs and I for 2 meals. And 2 pieces of cooked chicken for $2. It's been a good day and I really stretched $20 at my 3 stops.

@lizzie bargain Why did I get all excited FOR YOU ?? ( Maybe I need to get out more....ha ha )
The extra savings you got was the reward for having an Eagle eye. ( wrong number on the bag you got )
Attention to detail pays off! Congrats.

No real financial deals here, yesterday we SPENT $$ on more annuals and perennials. BUT....the front
    and back yards are blooming!

Well truthfully I wouldn't have noticed the wrong number if that bag was not missing a cauliflower. I think I better start checking the numbers before I go home. Apparently these 2 bag deals are much more complicated than my usual 1 bag purchases.

I bought 4 yesterday but didn't realize there were extra scene points-will have to check my receipt. I thought $1 each was good-but free would be even better!

I don't think it's advertised in the flyer. I can see the offer on voila.ca. It definitely works in Ontario, can't guarantee other provinces
