    I made hamburger cookies today! My Mum used to make them when I was little to bring to school on my birthday and to sell at bake sales. They were always such a hit. I had been wanting to make them for some time now, and I finally did it. Here's a pic I took:

    My husband picked rhubarb for me and skinned it, and I made two rhubarb sour cream pies. OMgosh, are they ever delicious!!!! Having the last one tonight for supper.(Teriyaki meatballs, cheddar rice and corn for supper)

    So I went back home to see Mum (and the lake!) this weekend and spent a lot of time in her gardens. She has tonnes of lavender, so I told her we should try making some sort of cookies with them. The next day we made lavender shortbread and oh my gosh it was sooo good! They just crumble in your mouth! Yumm. Here's a pic I took:
