Had one of those Special K breakfast flatbread sandwiches, sausage and egg. Was good, but spicy, so I had to take tiny bites!

2 small eggs fried, 3 slices of tomato (from our garden), 2 slices of toast with Strawberry jam, cup of coffee. Hubby made it. For himself, he made a cheddar cheese omlete and had 3 slices of toast and the rest of the tomato.

Scrambled eggs with italiano cheese and toast. I can make it sound fancy and say : scrambled eggs with a blend of 4 cheeses and himalayan salt with a side of ancient grain toast.
