Toasted bagel, scrambled eggs (cooked with red palm oil, salt and pepper), and strawberry fruit smoothie (vanilla yogurt, frozen strawberries, orange juice concentrate, milk, and a pinch of cinnamon).

Day two of egg in a hole, however, with sourdough bread today.

It's funny, every so often I go on an 'egg kick' for a few days, then don't want any for weeks!

Was in a rush this AM so stopped at the Tim Horton's beside work - egg white breakfast sandwich on a english muffin with bacon, small ice cap.
