Same thing, except no banana.

Leftover sliced roasted chicken breast on toast, with leftover coleslaw.

Yes, breakfast!

i fell hard today.

a piece of french toast, made with white bread.

and i've only had one small cup of coffee so far, not the ginormous mug mug i usually have.

Dh told me I'd never get a job at Ihop making pancakes at the speed I work, lol (took me over an hour when the recipe said 30 minutes ). There are some wonderful recipes in September's issue of Alive magazine. This morning I made pancakes with whole wheat and quinoa flour (ground the quinoa in the blender to make the flour) with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and a banana mixed into the batter. Dh had a yogurt while waiting very patiently, lol, and I had a few handfuls of roasted pumpkin seeds my son made last night. Served teh pancakes with half a banana and fresh peach.
