    crunch...crunch...had a large salad for lunch. Used lots of tender lettuce leaves that DH grew, added baby cuc's, bell pepper, almonds, cranberries and topped it all with PC Green Goddess Dressing.

    Father's Day BBQ menu

    Blue menu burgers
    Blue menu Sausages
    jumbo shrimps on skewer brushed with minced garlic/rasp. vinaigrette
    roasted corn on the cob
    12" skewers with chunks of pork, green and red peppers, pineapple, mango,
    12" skewers with chunks of sklns/bnls chx brst , red and green pepper, mango and pineapple
    6 " skewers with whole mushrooms
    6" skewers with multi coloured tomatoes ( small )
    6" skewers with thick slices zucchini
    oven roasted cauliflower
    store bought potato salad, Metro hot counter potato wedges, raw veggie bowl with baby carrots, celery sticks, baby cucumbers, red pepper strips and multi coloured tomatoes
    mini corn breads

    Dessert
    honeydew melon balls
    sliced strawberries, whipped cream ( option: individual sponge cakes to make a mini shortcake )
    enjoyed my own version of berries with a dairy free whipped topping product made with Coconut and 2 mini gluten free cupcakes.

    I am pretty sure we are not eating anything else until tomorrow....
