Hopefully it tastes good. Beef is not cheap these days.

This tasted really good. I made egg noodles to go with but mashed potatoes would have worked too. Can't beat 5 ingredient meals.

Leftover KFC with a glass of juice to help my body absorb the iron. I'll have to make sure I have a glass of milk with a snack later today. Just passing along info that I learned yesterday.

made a Butternut squash today. Cut in half lengthwise, take out the seeds and the stringy part; add 1 tsp of butter in each hallow, sprinkled some Brown sugar on top, bit of salt and Pepper (although i could of left off the Pepper); baked at 350F for 45 minutes until done. Very very good.

Well, the truth - I pretty much had a lot of gravy with some fries, LOL!

I made a HUGE buffalo chicken salad and it was sooooo good

sauteed sliced mushrooms, red pepper and onions, added 2 cups " limped cooked " sliced baby bok choi, set aside, and sauteed a gf crumbed basa fillet, squeeze of lemon juice. wow, awesome!
