Good Morning! My legs are so sore today. We biked and walked for over 3 hours last night. Hopefully I worked off the bad dinner I had lol No hockey tonight, yeah! so will get a few things done around the house and hopefully get my oldest to try on a few pairs of pants I have in a pile to see if they stay or go! Need to keep purging at the storage room since I have been getting lots of good deals and am anxious to organize my stockpile. Happy with the deals I have been getting the past few weeks!

oh and I was able to use 1 of the $5 Poise coupons. There was 1 package on the shelf for $4.49 (all the rest were $6.49) so thought I would try my luck. Cashier rang in no problem so got it free! Hope to get a few more packs if they are totally free.

We only use downy, I do not like how Fleecy leaves our clothes feeling. Plus with skin sensitivities I do not like to change, downy has never bothered us but other brands have.

Does anyone notice a difference bewtween downy liquid softener and fleecy?

I like downy the best. I've tried others but always come back to downy (think I just love the smell of it not that I think it works any better)

Yah, I'm hoping Downy leaves the clothes feeling a little softer. I'm trying it right now...I've just started hanging clothes to dry again and because we don't have a clothes line, the wind can't bang them soft. I have a partial bottle of fleecy left from when we lived in our condo and didn't pay hydro (so dryer was no problem) and I figured I'd just finish it up. No good! Hoping Downy works better.

S.Sparrow-sorry you missed the airmile promotion for Moneysense-it is totally worth 110 miles too-just never saw it before "on sale". Is there any reason DD can't have a second bank account to take advantage of the $25 bonus?-or is it at the same bank you already opened at. If so just keep your eyes peeled-I think I have opened and closed a few accounts for DD and ended up getting at least $225 in free money for her which I put in her RESP( which the govt then gives another 20% grant). Also I found the Janes Chicken Strips,I took 3 packs,I am surprised they have still left,my freezer is full.

I got refuted on a coupon by maxi because it is 1 per custumer,those coupons make me crazy,even if I want to make several transactions,they dont want and give me hard time...........I hate that.

Also my GT make some rénovations and reorganisating,so they are up to 70% deals on clothes,I find 3 t-shirts with no sleeves for 3$ each(they where up to 8$ each) ,still expensive but I need it.

Also I got the Jean Coutu allergia kit(papers infos,practique specimen epipen) and it come in a lunch bag insulated.great for future lunch!!!

Woohoo!! Down another 3lbs for a total of 7lbs in 2.5 weeks.
Last night my grandpa went out to my cousins farm, she sent him home with some goodies for me. I just finished cleaning them all up.

The corn was way too small for them to sell at their farmers market, I husked it all and it is now boiling. Big thanks to sassyashley for the idea of boiling then freezing!!

Oh and can Someone please tell me what variety of squash the one on the right side is?? Lol.

Cath, how long is the expiry date on your rainchecks? I asked for two once and they gave me an expiry date of four days, which I thought was crazy....

I saw it once before, last year, but waited too long then as well. It doesn't seem to be valid for very long.

Unfortunately, it is at the same bank and it's limited to one account per child. I called and asked as the promotion started only one week later but they said no. I feel better about asking though.

WOW a rain check with an expiry date of 4 days, that is crazy. Sounds like the time I got in a huge fight with Zehrs over a rain check and the girl put a week expiry on it even after the manager wouldn't have for 10 days. I emailed their head office.

oh and I love downey -but will use purex or fleecy sometimes -thank thank you jasperand char for the birthday card (its this sunday)with the coupons I got 6- Cavendish French fries today for .49 cents after the coupon-yipee

well instead of going to the store today.. i conquered my housecleaning.
dishes, counters, main floor vacuum, two trees (xmas) combined into one. (other garbage), upstairs bathroom scrubbed. (including me LOL)
next- mix up spaghetti sauce with meat mix... freeze
separate cabbage rolls into bags and freeze.
clean out freezer , reorganize.
clean up bedroom- put boxes away. vacuum.
easily done in the next few hours
THEN tomorrow i can go shopping
