They were in the IGA flyer, the flyer just started yesterday I believe, I was in town yesterday where they had an IGA so it worked out great.

I am home, I left early (hope I don't hear about this later) I got candy and will try this Halloween thing.

What would make me super happy would be a message from a certain someone but I have decided do not give up hope. He waited this long I can wait a little longer. Now lets just hope I did not scare him off with my fears from my past relationships.

Hope everyone had a fun & safe Halloween! My ds#2 had so much fun, he was a zombie and we had fun doing his bloody makeup (lol) get it...haha. Anyways he got 1/2 a pillow case full of candy but he rations it out so it lasts a good while. I'll see you ladies around 9AM in the new November thread.

The rule in our house, is 1month after any holiday, the candy goes in the garbage (so 1month after halloween, or Christmas, or Easter, ect...) That way they aren't still eating Halloween candy months later. By then they've usually eaten what they like and the rest is stuff they are only eating because it's available.

I have a bad case of food poisoning and we aren't even certain of the cause. Dh and LO are ok. I knew something was wrong before dh got home from work this afternoon. It just kept getting worse from there. We were still able to take LO out trick-or-treating to the neighbours, but I was in pain. Here's hoping that it will be over soon.

Angela wasn't your little guy sick with a stomach bug last week? You probably caught what he had rather than food poisoning? I know I got an awful stomach bug and it was a week and a half before the next person in the house got it.sometimes these things can have a long incubation period.Hope it passes quickly for you whatever it is.

He was sick on October 11th, so nearly 3wks ago. We're pretty certain that this is not the same thing. Some of the symptoms are also different. I have had food poisoning in the past and this certainly feels like the same thing. Dh was nice enough to stay up and take care of LO while I tried to get some rest. Dh is now sleeping and I am currently up because I am not feeling well enough to go back to bed at the moment. I think LO is going to go for a full day at daycare in the morning so that I can try to feel better. We have a meeting in Regina on Saturday morning, so I certainly won't be able to sleep in.

Food poising is awful I once got it on mussels from East side marios and I couldn't eat them for about 5 years but I've started eating them again in small quantities. Hope you feel better soon, the cramps and vomiting are absolutely unbearable. Take care.
