I am feeling better today. I have been able to eat, take my drugs & get ready for my Tuesday appointment to remove that nasty cataract. I can`t wait to have vision in my right eye. That is the greatest I think. Your messages of support mean so much to me. xxx

All in formation. I drove by a school and the kids were all outside watching. They let go their smoke too! Such a thrill for the kidlets (and me too!)

I know this girl whose thoughts do swirl, they often drift & dream,
She wishes to be excused from participating, in the cancer scene,
Elusively unrefined, front & centre it does grind,
It’s often on her mind because it’s just that way inclined,
Waiting for results from frequent tests & CT scans,
Sometimes I wonder why this sarcoma had to interrupt my plans,
The support I get is wholehearted, sincere & absolute,
Thanks for standing by me as I scuffle with this brute,
That pins & needles feeling that can be hard to shake,
I am asking & hoping for an impassioned break,
You see, fear can overwhelm & make me feel so weary,
I try & keep my chin up with optimism as my theory,
I need to vent my feelings from time to time,
Hence it’s my chance to compose a rhyme,
I don’t want to lament or dwell on the situation,
But, holy beans sarcoma, you deserve damnation!

You are an inspiration to us all! Big harvest moon this weekend reminded me that time marches on through season after season and there is some beauty in every day. My mother's cousin had been hospitalized for the past two weeks with congestive heart failure but fought hard to be well enough to join us at her wedding yesterday. He MADE it! And even had a dance with her. He had a lovely yellow rose in his lapel to remind him of his precious Rose who had left us last year. Such a wonderful day with family!
