I've lost complete faith in iCoke...I had over 30K in points saved up, and they completely wiped out my account.

I wrote them a detailed letter regarding all that's been going on. Asking about half a dozen questions besides telling them how I feel about their recent actions.
Got a qiuck reply saying thank you for the note and they are always happy to hear from their icoke members. No mention of the questions and certainly no answers. I guess they didn't read the entire letter.

icoke has really crappy response time for concerns. It took about a MONTH to hear back from them when their current game glitched on me! Crappy Customer Service!

Does anyone know-- when you buy Jays tickets do you get designated seats or do you get a code or something to go through the ticketmaster or blue jays website (ie. pick your own seats)?

I got my Mcdonalds GC's yesterday. The paper that came with them said that i ordered them Augest 17th and was shipped the same day. So I take it they got my e-mail! I'm not back to being a happy icoke member again.
