I will say you should call or email sdm HO.i hope they will adjust points for you because this type of incident never happened in the past.they should only take 5334 points as you mentioned.
It doesn't harm to call them if they don't adjust points for you.you have 30 days for return and
If you did not use any manufacturer coupons...yeah you can return all. And then buy some other time.

I have been able to return purchases that I used coupons on - getting back the full value. But the manager told me they flagged a customer who was doing this repeatedly - using it like a money-maker - and told her they won't let her do it again. One store said they give the coupon value back on an sdm gc.

DM's 6 personalized offers (for specific products) which originally were expiring on July 3 have now disappeared from her account, now just showing the Monday offer. The glitches and uncertainty continue! We are planning to buy a $50 GC tomorrow with her 12000 pts offer to see if that scheme is working as we haven't tried it on that card yet.

Mine disappeared also, but now they are back. Only the ones I didn't load to my card disappeared. I loaded one which was still there. The others were gone for 2 days and back today.

One problem I forsee witheveryone getting identical offers is stock. My store gets dairy shipped every other day or so but if everyone gets 10x cleaners (for example) I see a clear shelf of anycleaners thst have a coupon match up.
Now I hope this is a one time thing as they are getting back I to the multiple personal offers

A question to those who had the 'redeem 95,000 pts, get back 30,000 pts' coupon last Friday.... Have you gotten the 30,000 pts back yet?

My points have not been credited back yet. I know it says 5 business days but I have been getting bonus points back within 2 days. The thing that has me worried is that I also had another bonus pt coupon loaded on my card (4000 pts wus $40) that I got right away. Did that mess things up?

I am in the same boat (also had another offer loaded at the time that credited immediately)......I figure 5 business days (from last Friday) won't be until next Monday, so there's still time.

The weekly offers that appeared yesterday, that everyone got the same, are now gone too.
Only the new Friday offer is showing: 16,000 points wus $60 anything for me, and 12,000 points wus $50 anything for DH.

Weird things happening with this system..

Monday I had spend $10 on anything get 1000.. I dropped in to the store by my work to check out the clearance section.. nothing much except for some vitamin supplements that were $12.99 marked down to $1.97. Took 2 of those and couldn't find anything else I needed.. oh well. When I checked my receipt, I earned 30 Regular Points and 1000 Digital Bonus Points (Promo coupon 16012 was redeemed).. it appears it gave me the 1000 points anyways... maybe because the regular price of the items was over $10? Weird!
