Okay guys, so I need your advice. My hubby had a spend $30 and get 3000 pts last week but also received spend $30 and get 8000 pts for Friday. He loaded the Friday only offer by mistake and shopped on Thursday, spent over $30 and only got base points. I emailed them his error but didn't hear back. Anyone have any experience with whether or not they will award the points on an offer not loaded, even if by mistake?

Did a redemption and BP added for 8000 WUS $40 on baby. Wasn't trying for it, but I will take it. This means even after taxes SDM paid me this time around. I will take it as collateral for all the times I missed a SCOP due to shopping with children and being distracted.
