Has anyone ever had an issue where Shoppers won't send personalized offers? I stopped getting them over a year ago. Therefore I haven't shopped there very much. I have sent several emails, and twice I have gotten some generic response that I should start receiving them again in a couple weeks but nothing comes. It's not in my junk either. The last two emails I didn't even get a reply to! It's like they don't want my business.

When the personalized offers come in and the coupon reads "One time offer only; limit of 1 coupon per transaction per customer", what exactly does the "one time offer only" mean??? Ugh, I know that sounds stupid, sorry.

It mean's that technically your only suppose to print and use these coupons one time.

Gosh.. I'm getting excited, another 18500 weekend coming up. Sunday specials? Praying for my personalized coupons to come through.
I was going to re-use the 8000 $30 F&S. Now maybe I'll just cash in on the 800 point milk and the 2000 point Toilet paper one more time, and save the rest of my money for Sunday.

I just got mine, but nothing for DH or DS yet.
I got 6,000 WUS $20 on candy & snacks
and 20x on cookies
I used these same two coupons in combination two weeks ago so really don't need more cookies, but it's a great deal to combine them.
Also got $2 off yogurt which I seem to get almost every week but I do use it
$2 off maxi pads - likely won't use
$4.99 tide - won't use
BOGO Life brand dental floss -likely won't use
15x Life paper towel - won't use

Mine are so random this week. I got 1600 pts for diabetic strips (not diabetic and have never bought them for anyone else); and $4 off Pampers/20x pts for any Playtex baby bottles (don't have kids).
Also 3000pts wus $15 or more on paper towels or toilet paper (Life Brand and Tiger Towels both on sale and have a $2 off coupon for Tiger Towels)
$0.75 off any Lays Chips (snack size on for $0.99)
$0.49 for any Campbells soup 284ml (stockpiled enough already so won't be using), and
$1.99 for any eggs (my Shoppers doesn't carry the Omega eggs so probably won't be using).
So, overall, meh!
