Got another gift on Sunday when we went to the states to drop my mom off at airport. Got an our Generation accessory set for $16. It is $36.99 at mastermind toys. So even with the exchange it is a good deal. Bought a few stocking stuffers and a pile of gourmet cheeses for great prices at Aldi. So we have something to put out for entertaining purposes. got my Christmas urns done for the front porch. Used all greenery from my yard and last years birch branches and some glitter pine ones that I got last year at rcss after Christmas for next to nothing. Impatiently waiting for children's place and old navy Black Friday flyers for clothes for Christmas family. Tomorrow will buy boots for Christmas family mom at RCSS as they are 40% Off. Not in my budget as most of the money goes for kids clothes and toys and lots of food so will have to juggle the budget and add more in.

Just back from the children's place. Glad I ran out this aft as there were running low on boys size large. Noticed this morning that the arctic fleece and graphic t's were 4.99. So ran to shoppers and bought 2 $25 gift cards for $40 so saved 20% then also purchased a $40 gift card when I got there which got me $10 off wus $40. So for Christmas family bought 4 fleece tops 2 fleece pants 7 long sleeve shirts and I pr of boys sweat pants for $65 and change. Paid with all my gift cards. Plus they gave me $60 in place cash to use dec 27 Jan 11. Then I bought 2 t shirts and fleece top and fleece pants for my 2nd cousin's new baby. For $20 + tax. Got the boots for the mom at rcss 40% off...$33 including tax. Used $20 in PC points so cost me $13 oop. Got mom her dixies from Laura second, and Dh treated me to a double mocha espresso ice cream cone from Laura seconds while we were there. Yummy! Bought some more body shop soap 2 for me and two for moms stocking. Getting closer to being done. Still need a couple of smaller ie good deal toys for family. Dh is a problem...don't have any stocking stuff yet and only a roots hat and a hankie. Have to get a nightgown for a women who lives in one our nursing homes. At our sdm the put name tags with small gift list for the residents in this nursing home. So I bought a dog picture book some German chocolate and some lotion from the stock pile. Have to get wrapping, baking and decorating. Happy Black Friday shopping everyone!

The tree looks beautiful.
I'm making my list for Saturday/Sundays spend your points events. Dh has announced that he would like some points to spend (oh dear help me) - haha so I will show him some things I would like for Christmas gifts and fingers crossed he uses the points on gifts and not just stuff.
I've working ferociously on the boys stockings (13 & 16) santa gifts. So far I have
13 year old
under armour hoodie
Gotham dvd tv series (season 2)
16 year old
Under armour hoodie
The Big bang theory season 9 (latest one anyways)
These are part of stocking/santa gift. I will get them each a hygiene nail clipper set from sdm along with tons of treats using my sdm points this weekend and whatever cool things I can find....
MIL purchased the xbox games for eldest so that's off the list.
Still struggling with youngest gifts from us as he doesn't want anything (I guess I should feel blessed BUT I'm actually stressed
I will be getting mom's gift at sdm as well, cologne for BIL (sdm). Then that still leaves the boys, FIL (who wants socks), dh (need to order his gift) and then tada....all done. I want to be done by the 3rd so I better get cracking.
Merry Christmas to all and happy shopping, baking, etc.2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

Those of us who picked up the Food & Drink issue: how many of us want to have the ultimate in clothing steam care?
(The ad was in the magazine but I took notice today as I was taking pages out.)

Spent the day shopping, it seems Black Friday has turned into Black Thursday ,Friday, Saturday Sunday Monday.....Getting a bit out of hand.
I picked up the Kobo as well on sale at Chapters for my oldest daughter and was so happy to get some fantastic deals at the big and Tall men's shop. My son in law is 6' 9", I found him two pair of 38 inseam jeans for 19.99 regular 110.00 and got my husband 3 beautiful dress shirts regular 100.00 for 90% off. who the heck pays 110.00 for jeans and 100.00 for dress shirts. I wrapped them all tonight and am feeling pretty organized on the gifts. My daughter and I are heading out early to shop in the morning I just need to pick up some towels for my other daughter and I am done except for a Shoppers redemption on Saturday but that will be a free shop. I may go at midnight tomorrow as we are all going out for dinner for one of my girls Birthdays, so if it turns in to a late night at the restaurant I will just stop and do the redemption on the way home.
I did my outside lights this week and urns with greenery in them, I used trimming from my cedar bushes and spruce trees. I made some jalapeno crab apple jelly to give as small gifts to friends, it is so pretty with the green and red and it is delicious on cream cheese. Baking is on my to do list this week, I think I will just take a day and try to do it all. I wish I had this much ambition the rest of the year, I always lose about 10 pounds in December even with the extra treats because I never sit down!!

I popped into Metalsmiths first thing when they opened this morning. I had set aside a pair of sterling silver & rose gold pearl earrings for my Grandma's Christmas gift. They were 40% off for Black Friday, and my mall was giving away $25 Gift Cards to the first 200 people who made a $50 purchase in the mall today. I grabbed my gift card and got out of there as the craziness started.
Since we drew names this year, my Christmas shopping is done.

Was out early this morning for quick Black Friday shopping trip. Started at rcss and got Dh a crockpot. He keeps mentioning that he thinks we need another one. So $19.99 no tax and 4000 PC points! Also got him a book and 2 kid book sets for our Christmas family...one frozen and one Pokemon. 40% off, no tax a PC plus offer 200 puts for every $1 spent. Have 2 toy offers but no good deals on toys so I passed. Then headed to Walmart...very disappointing didn't buy anything. I was going to pick up $6 pjs for Christmas family but only went up to size 6x so that didn't work out. Toys were expensive here as well. On to old navy bought a Pokemon tShirt for Christmas family boy 50% off and 1 pr of $1 socks for Christmas family mom. Very disappointed with the lack off cheap door crasher items this year. You look at the old navy us site and they have $10 puffer coats, we get crappy $1 socks that were so u exciting even the staff didn't know where to find them, at winners picked up frozen musical instrument set for Christmas family girl and some socks and a really nice scarf for Dh. Happy I finally have some things for Dh. Need to find one bigger type item. Maybe tomorrow at my big U.S. Bus shopping trip! Have to rest up now for tomorrow!

While I was on Twitter last night, I saw a tweet that West Coast Target stores were open (6pm PST?) for Black Friday shoppers. Guess store staff don't get the whole day off for Thanksgiving.
Lee Valley Tools' gift catalogue has a tapered barrel nut cracker and an olive/cherry pitter plus a silicone lid opener gadget. My hands want all the help in opening things because the current devices at home need too much hand power (right hand has been acting up this week so grip strength was lousy and coconut oil jar lid was too tight on two occasions-did not have a wide broccoli elastic for the lid).2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Mark's Black Friday flyer specials run until Nov. 28. Online, I'm excited to see a couple of knit snoods and one striped neckwarmer-I actually want both of them to keep drafts off of me. Not sure their gloves will fit size 9 hands. See a couple of knit toques worth considering.
