Also doing perogies, trying the new White Cheddar ones, for $2 at Freshco, how can you go wrong.

If you have never BBQ'd them you are missing out.
Defrost, add to a big ziplock with olive oil, seasoning salt, garlic powder and dried minced onion.
They grill up in less than 10 minutes.

Also doing Spicy Collard Greens with Tomatoes and Bacon of course!
My take on a couple of different recipes combined.

I am remiss in posting, just haven't been taking any pictures, so hence not posting.
Went to a great BBQ on the weekend, tried grilling "Chevap" for the first time.
    (Little tasty sausages without casings)
    (Not my Picture)
I did them with a grill pan, to make sure I didn't loose any, also unfamiliar Grill.

Also did rounds of shrimp and Bok Choy on the pan too!
The sausage that we had was Macedonian and purchased, FANTASTIC. I will get the source.

I am now perusing recipes for something tasty to try myself.
    All suggestion welcomed.

sounds like a sausage worth purchasing again Mechman! I like the no casings idea, we had some one time that I swear were made from a form of impenetrable plastic! DH says he always boils them first before BBQ-ing to soften that casing. Must be the brand I bought.

Funny...I was watching Robert Rainford as usual the other night, and he was making a ground beef sausage thingy that he simply wrapped around a skewer (for some odd reason); I imagine if you had a good recipe for a pork sausage, you could try the same! Maybe he wanted to make "hamdogs"

I have been reading up, its like a kabob with minced meat.
Usually lamb or pork for the fat, then maybe beef mixed in.
Depends on the Country/Region. Great with a mix, make some spicy ones too.
    Many different varieties and tastes.

Flat bread with Hummus, add some greens and your done!
    I was drinking my "Carbs"!
