What are you thankful for today?

I am very thankful for my son, who is celebrating his 20th birthday today!

He is our 'miracle' baby, for two reasons - because I actually had the pregnancy and it went to term, and secondly because he almost didn't make it at the birth - but thankfully, he was born healthy and happy!

Hard to believe it's been 20 years already, and I am grateful for every second of them!

When I get a rep, it reminds me that someone out there in " sc land " has taken some of their time to let me know what they think. I always appreciate the kind words, the humour, whatever. Makes my day.

I am thankful my teenagers arent "too old" to trick or treat yet. I know the day is coming when theyre gonna feel too grown up to take part in this, but I am so thankful it hasnt happened yet.

I am so thankful that my good friend and foster sister who suffered a stroke yesterday got to the hospital in time to receive the clot busting medicine which she seemed to have responded to very well. At least last night. Asking for prayers for Anna. She will be taken to Thunder Bay tomorrow.
