Macy's Thanksgiving parade will air tomorrow on NBC (a channel I seldom get a signal for) with a Baby Yoda balloon being one of this year's highlights.
I watched Saturday Night Live on the weekend and found out about the float via the Weekend Update sketch. Simu Liu (thanks to a Twitter post for letting me know!) had some stellar lines in his sketches.

Posting a Youtube link to Cowboy Bebop's movie song, Yo Pumpkinhead, from the parade scene, for everyone to get pumped up for tomorrow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88h9iL5ez0Q

I know a certain " someone " who will be watching that joyous parade tomorrow! Isn't that right @Lynn49 ?
Cannot believe I finally got to see Black Widow! On Disney Channel. Very good action movie. I am still crushing on David Harbour!!
Not sure I'll be able to stay awake now for the Leaf game

we never watch the Macy’s parades but our local parade has been canceled for the 2nd year due to covid. I’ve set it to record and then confirmed it is a Chanel we actually get lol. We’ll probably watch it with the kids on the weekend.

I made myself watch most of the Beatles Get Back documentary special on Disney+ today.

Episode 1-good to see the tensions and humour exchanged between group members. 9/10
Episode 2-only for hardcore Beatles fans wanting to see the music creation/process or music recording people keen to see the process. Rather a yawner otherwise. 4/10
Episode 3-first 15min-back in studio again-keep eyes out for little Heather McCartney. Her print top and solid colour jumper are so similar to Ringo's tops it's amazing. Child also watches with a face Yoko Ono's singing/soundmaking and later imitates it. Then skip ahead (unless you like studio scenes) up to the 1h 20min mark-just before the group's last concert outdoors. Fun to see the street fashions of the time. Concert held 2 days after I was born! 8/10 PS Yes, the cops show up.

I watched the original grinch with ds2 the other day… watched that new elves show on Netflix and way too many hallmark Christmas movies lol.

I also canceled my AMC+ since Sunday was the last episode of walking dead world beyond and the mid season finale of fear the walking dead. I can still watch until the 20th… I will restart the subscription when the walking dead or fear the walking dead have their mid season premiere. (Can’t find dates but I’m guessing April from previous mid season premiere dates.)

Not sure if I have ever confessed this in here...but, I am a huge closet fan of The Masked Singer! Every single Season.
Never a dry eye when they reveal a singer, goosebumps during MOST of the powerful songs belted out.
Hilarity when a NON singer is on there but just crushes it, with an outpouring emotional story of why they had agreed to come on the show.
I used to watch the entire episode but now I just skip past most of the Nick Cannon banter, the boob display ( courtesy of Jenny MacCarthy and Nicole Schlesinger, and tbh I now listen to just enough of most of the songs to judge for myself if that rendition brought them any closer to the finals.

Oh and Ken Jeong!! He cracks me up every show, and let's just admit it, Robin Thicke is eye candy.....whatever!
This last episode was so damn emotional. The SKUNK!! was voted off. ( Faith Evans ). Just before she sang at the end of the show, she spoke of the regret she had for not speaking to her hubby ( they were NOT on good terms ) at a party they were at. The next call she got later that night was to come to the hospital......her hubby, Christopher Wallace ( Notorious B.I.G. ) was shot dead.
What an episode! My prediction for the final is The Bull will win!! Hope I am right.

I'm watching Season 3 of Star Trek: Discovery (dvd). Ep 1 & 2 seem like very separate story strands with very visual outdoor shots. Then everything starts to get together in Ep. 3.
Still like Michelle Yeoh as the unpredictable Georgiou and Tig Notaro as the wisecracking dry wit in Engineering! Some of their attitudes seem to have started to filter down on the Discovery crew.

DH and I have watched them all ( we're pretty big fans ) and now that Season 4 has begun we are excited. One of my favourite characters is Saru, I agree about Tig Notaro, she's a hoot! I've watched the first 2 episodes without DH, the 3rd recorded the other day but I have not viewed it yet.
He is going to have to catch up!

I'm right there with you wrt the masked singer @walkonby
    Hawkeye
90 Day Fiancé shows on TLC....

    What?? It's my guilty pleasure...

And that's about it. I really pay way too much for TV to only watch 3 shows.
Good thing DH takes up the slack. If it wasn't for him, I'd almost never turn it on

I haven’t checked a few of my tv apps for a while. I found Crave has a Day of the dead tv series so I just started/am currently watching the first episode.
