I hope to go through my baking supplies and make a list of things needed. I have a cookie exchange to attend in November and so far 20 people going so I need to have 1/2 dozen per person! I sure will be busy the week before!!

Baby girl was napping & I had the baby monitor with me. I'm just nursing the twins, then big brother and I will have something for lunch. I'll be making a large pot of turkey stew this afternoon. I want leftovers because dh will be gone to Saskatoon for the next 3 days for some work related stuff. The older lady that was helping me is gone for the entire month of October, so I'm going to try to get some of our friends to come over and give me a hand or at least some adult company. Big brother has gymnastics this evening and them we have a meeting with a guy who is coming over late tonight.

A flooring store is going our of business so I want to see if we can get some outdoor carpet for our front step, it really needs it.
I can't imagine doing all the things you do with twins...SUPERSTAR and your baking with big brother as well, GOLD STAR!!!

We are now in Tampa. Having a snooze as we are both pooped. The heat is quite draining. 90ish degrees even though it is late October. DH's son is working til 8- then we'll get together for chats and a quiet evening.

Need to get up and get organized in our new "digs."

We have a laundry on site which is good, as certain essentials need to be washed.

    Everyone seems busy.

I mailed Halloween cards to Canadian family yesterday. Hope they get there on time. I have been knitting in the car. I hope to buy some Christmas cards and get some overseas cards written so I can have them ready to mail when I get home.

    Take care.

Hubby and BIL took apples to get pressed today. We now have 28 bags of cider in the freezer. I don`t usually like it because it`s too strong but tonight I heated a mugful and added cinnamon...was really good. I like that this place bags it too so we don`t have the hassle of finding containers. It takes much less space in the freezer too.
Got the Christmas towels out today so will try to have a bunch done for November. I already put out the ones that were left from last year.

Morning! Nice sunny day here. I was smart last night after picking up teen from work to put a load in the wash. Hung it out to dry this morning. Have my youngest in the tub so we can start our day. Lots of running around and thinking a surprise visit to the bakery is in order. He love a slushi and treat from there. Teen forgot he didn't have to wear uniform to school today so will drop off his cool pants this morning lol. Egg mcmuffins for breakfast and then we are off!

good morning everyone. October is winding down and I think this week I am taking a hiatus on any real shopping. We are stocked up, no point buying just for a sale. Although....lol! I did jump on the Royale Tissues 6 pack at NF today ( with coupons and PC Plus offer I paid $.48 a box for them ( including tax! )

Glad that you found a way to enjoy the cider. Perhaps you can cook with the cider if that is an option. enjoy
