Good Evening,
What a week it has been.
I was supposed to have tomorrow afternoon off to prepare for my Opa's party on Sunday. This was until another girl threw a temper tantrum (I am serious full blown temper tantrum) that she wanted the day off and it was more important to her then it was to me. It was not worth the fight the 2 options were we both take it off and screw over the 3rd girl or I give up my time off and go in. So I will not be working tomorrow.
I spent last night in the ER, my Dad's assistant tripped over a box Tuesday in her office and landed directly on her knee. At first she thought she would be ok but as the day went on yesterday she was in more and more pain and getting me to do more and more for her. She called her doctor who told her to go to the ER. She said she was going over work so I borrowed my Mom car as she never would have been able to get in and out of mine and off we went. At first they thought it was a deep bruise but after being x-ray they found a small chip in her tibia, the good news is it was barley noticeable on the x-ray, the bad new is nothing they can do and she will be in considerable pain for around 2 weeks.
Needless to say to has been a long week and I cannot wait for it to be over. Tomorrow night after work I will meet up at the house to decorate the deck for the party on Saturday. I get the feeling my sis isn't coming early on Saturday because her bf doesn't drive and there is some tension when it comes to him with the family. I am just hoping tomorrow isn't too late and if need be I will go back early Saturday to help.
Have a great night everyone.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Is it just me? I am so sick of hearing about a possible strike with Canada Post - it just goes on and on....like a bad case of flu....when will it end? Every few years we are held hostage as in no mail. I don't mean to offend anyone on this forum but I don't know what is worse Canada Post employees or Ontario teachers.....always complaining. I personally know several teachers and letter carriers and all they do is complain....perhaps they need to change occupations and give others their opportunities?

Please don't put down teachers and postal workers. I am not going to argue with you. We don't malign people around here.

Coupon Girl- good shopping! I noticed that there was no shipping fees on Hudson's Bay too. I have it tagged so I can do a little Christmas shopping on their site later.

Ashley- ouch! That poor woman, I would advise her to keep very good care of her WSIB paperwork. Any further issues can be related back to this injury and might be covered. (Capricorns are very sensitive about their knees- it just gives me shivers!)
