personnally , it does more than i thought,
this morning i found DH ( who was working on personnal things) taking things too kool IMHO as i had (i thought) an appointment with my ophtalmologist and needed him to drive me at 3 this afternoon ( do i need to tell it stressd me )....so i ask him,
''won't you prepare yourself to drive me at the hospital?''
him : why ?
me : you know i need someone to be with me for my appointment
him: and , you need a ''nounou'' ?
me : yes , it is with my ophtalmologist and i won't be able to drive after the exam
him: what time ?
me : at 3
him: oh !
then he check the calendar and said, your appointment is tomorrow, we are Monday
me :
me: Monday ?
him: yes
me: sorry, ah....i can relax now....
lol
P.S. I was worry to miss my appointment as it takes sometimes up to 2 years to have a appointment with this DrThis thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by Mia001; Mon, Nov 7th, 2016 at 12:16 PM.

Switching hours never really made a difference to me before, but it's only the second day into it.. and I feel totally messed up, gets dark way too early... When I think it's time to go to bed, I am a hour early...If I hadn't broken my leg I'd be doing things, and not notice the time...

I find it makes my day drag. My stomach starts growling at 3:00. I'm wide awake at 5:20. I hate the time change.

I could deal with it if it was only me. But my dogs didn't get the meno and they wake up at the usual time.

Normally I have no issues falling back but this year it is Killing Me. My sleep schedule is all messed up, I am not sleeping and am completely worn out all the time.
2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,
