    Good morning,everyone!

    We’ll, surgery went so well! An overly joyful nurse kept us 6 old gals entertained, my anesthesiologist said he has magical juice to calm me down (I mentioned my not freezing quickly), and not to be out-done, my surgeon said he has a magic frost, dropped a drip in my eye: instant frozen window. In my twilight zone I knew something was going on with my eye, but it seems seconds later I had a patch on my eye and was being wheeled out!

    Yesterday I looked with my new lens and OMGOSH, the sky was SO blue! Bluer than when I looked at it with my other eye!! A towel in the bathroom looked like the deepest burgundy compared to my other eye! I didn’t want to get excited because my pupil was still dilated but it’s the same thing this morning! I’ve heard about colours improving but wow!! I can’t wait now to get my other eye done in 10 days!!
    it’s like wonderland colours our there!!

    That pancake exercise program is amazing! I can attest to my Hubby’s pancakes making me feel he’s had his exercise for the day; I do try to keep him in shape. But how true is that?! Lol!

    Ok, off to my follow-up appt!

    hello all....specifically hello to you @Lynn49 ! I know how much you look forward to decorating up your front yard for Halloween so thought I'd post this awesome fellow that you can actually BUY from Home Depot! A 12 foot skeleton. Oh brother!!

    There are 2 types of people in October....Halloween deniers and Halloween Enthusiasts. Poor Skelety guy, he will be shunned by half of the people.

    Hope everyone is prepping as much of their Thanksgiving food recipes right now, it saves oodles of time to bake now and freeze. I did up 24 mini pumpkin cinnamon muffins early this morning. I night even post the photo in the What have ya baked thread.....enjoy the day!!

    Needed edit this to add another fun activity that filled my morning!
