Good morning gang! Happy Sunday! With the Argos at 6-0 after slamming the Sask, Roughriders 31-13 and the Blue Jays whipping the Angels 6-1, how can T.O. fans be glum?
Oops sorry, yes.... Manoah DID seriously injure Taylor Ward with a hit to the head in the 5th inning. That's always scary when blood is present. He's in hospital, hoping for an update
on his condition soon.

update on me: I'm still too full to even think about breakfast yet. Was it worth it? Oh yeah!!

sorry everyone , but I just HAD to post this video. Like many of you ( perhaps ? ) I was skeptical about the most recent viral video of what appeared to
be a person inside of a bear costume in a zoo in China. Well the " sun bear " is apparently a real deal! I had never heard of them before.
Instead of posting the viral video I preferred this fact based one more! Enjoy and try not to fall in love with her!!

As for myself still enjoying the company of DS from Oz and DW who has been on holidays too.
Body hurting but still plugging away so doesn't get worse(every bit helps!).

I love a good Blue Jays win....even IF an ex-Blue Jays catcher ( Reese McGuire ) screws up and leaves 2nd base after a hit in the bottom of the 9th ( in their park , btw ) by his Red Sox teammate.
Keirmaier caught the ball for the Jays right at the wall. Immediately throws it to 2nd base to get Reese McGuire as the 3rd out.



We've won the first 2, lets take Game 3 from them this afternoon!

Good late morning. I’ve been up since 5 so it feels like half the day is gone already.

Just taking it easy this weekend. Dh and I don’t return to work until Wednesday so it’s a fabulous long weekend for us.

Im going to go through my Amazon order and fingers crossed one of these padded cycling shorts fit properly. The rest will be returned.

I know it’s only 10am but I’m hungry again. Breakfast was too early

Don’t feel self conscious @Skippy summertime is a crazy time.

Plans for today is a live run class and the usual pre and post stretching then going to the jetty by the airport so Dh can watch the planes. I think he should have been a pilot .

Speaking of animals, we did not go far for the long weekend. There's lots of construction of roads and homes around. We saw a dog eating a discarded McDonald's bag on the side of the road. A husky dog. Nope. A wolf. Up the road there was some open fields, some houses, a deer. Lying on the side of the road, could not get up, only deer's head moving from side to side. Maybe the wolf already knew.

And a friend has rabbits living in the backyard and said that there is a red dog with bushy tail looking for the rabbits. Nope. A fox.

And we don't live in the country
