    Had a chiropractor appt. this morning ( first one in 3+ years ). After the 45 minute consultation I ended up with a whole new diagnosis and sets of " exercises " for me to to at home. Homework? UGH!!!
    Clearly this pro expects effort and accountability ( on my part ) as I have to check off the ones I do from the chart and turn in my scoresheet each appt.
    This is my only path to relieve the constant pain, which has worsened since it started last summer and ignoring it never helped. Ready? set? GO!!!!
    I'll start the first set of exercises tomorrow, it's already late afternoon and a nap looks good right now.

    Heat on in the morning, central air on in the afternoon. But thankfully those smoky, suffocating heat is gone!

    Good morning, everyone!

    Home for a few days, still a fire-ban on the island….heaven knows that if a forest fire happens the island will go up like a tinder box! Evacuation would be a nightmare with only 2 ways to get off. Hope the BC, western, residents stay safe.

    Enjoy another sunny day… already had a blue jay visiting our peanut feeder!
