I'll send a few sites off to you tomorrow, @Newfiescreech....for now..Jenny seems impatient to be tucked in...and I'm not joking, she's trying to climb up me as I type this...!.Sweet Dreams!!
....it bothers me so much when people keep the collars on their dogs when they're in the house....how would we feel like that?! Grrr. Just my humble opinion....

Good night, folks!
Tootie doesn't wear a collar. But our poodle used to just LOVE wearing his. But Jesse loved dressing up, anyway.
I got all the Christmas cards sorted through and put away for next year. Got the time line sorted out for tomorrow.
Boy, this couple took a hatchet to the originally agreed upon ceremonies. They have gone back and forth on wording so many times that I am dizzy. Glad the other daughter is ALREADY married.
Sent off flight info to Step-daughter, Brother, and friend who will drive me to the airport.
Phoned Delta and arranged for a wheelchair. Will need plenty of spare US cash for tips. Will need a sky cap to get from the car to the check-in desk.
Catching up on a whole season of NCIS- New Orleans.
Feril cat is eating kibble but not using the shelter.
Got to get to sleep.
Good night, folks.
Sweet dreams and god bless!

Ugh, gah, snakes! Ewwwww...
Starting the day with -40 windchill. Does one believe it will be up to zero in two days?
Hoping everyone has a warm, safe, and fun NYE!

Good morning!
@avoncallingu , good for you for arranging wheelchair transportation to and from planes. When we flew AC to Washington it was so convenient, no lines to stand in, the chair and sky cap were waiting at the plane each time. When do you leave? What fun to see your family again!
@GoJays , I love snakes!! Remember the story I told about our DD buying me a snake for Mother'sDay from some kid at school? Oh, Gwendolyn was lovely... we read together, her curled around my wrist, I'd tap her wee nose to pull back from the pages (she was a slower reader than I was), then we'd resume reading....then there's the morning when we found she'd escaped her enclosure and was asleep (and we'd both swear this on a stack of bibles!) on our Daughter's 4-poster Barbie bed, under the quilt, head on the pillow!! Snakes were a Greek symbol of healing, and the story of how all that came about is fascinating!
Well that was long-winded, but....I love snakes!
So what's everyone up to tonight? @flemeth , how wonderful that your Daughters chose to spend the evening with you. We'll just be here, watching Anderson Cooper now that that dame is gone, thank goodness...a potty-mouthed ...ugh! The kids will also be home...yes, we are party animals! Hahaha! Unlike our earlier years, BC (before children).
Up to -1 today, I hope everyone had a wonderful day!Last edited by Lynn49; Mon, Dec 31st, 2018 at 10:43 AM.

Good morning and happy new year's Eve lol. Just got back from groceries. I spent $200 and it all fit in my wagon.
Anyway I used the wagon to shop and I had 2 people ask where I bought it lol. Also I ran into (not literally) a guy I know is a manager. He saw me taking a fruit and a veggie tray and said I have larger ones in the back if you want and didn't mention the wagon which by this point was filled to the top. That guy is usually all smiles though. So overall things went well. I forgot to take a pic of me in the store shopping but I got one outside after I was done.

Thanks, I think I did pretty well with what I bought. Lots of veggies, a few vegan burgers and cheese. Gluten free pasta and wraps. No snacks except the tortilla chips for tonight and the small veggie and fruit trays I got. Might go take the bus now to giant Tiger for a couple baskets and some odds and ends. Everyone have a good day.
