    Today I get some visitors - bloodwork, nurse, and physiotherapist. The only one I have a time for is the PT. Hoping the other two come in the morning.

    I just finished putting together my pumpkin chiffon pie (seems everyone wants that one now, less heavy after a big dinner), DH has started the dressing prep work to put in the fridge until tomorrow...now we rest.

    Hope you're all enjoying this lovely weather which, unfortunately, doesn't include Manitoba and other parts west.

    Good aft!

    Well, all health care done for me today.
    Nurse came mid-morning to check my blistered leg. She said it's doing quite well, absolutely no sign of infection, just needs time. I just have to put up with the pain.

    She also did an overall check, so lungs are clear, BP is fine.
    I am down five pounds since the third.

    Woman came to draw blood after one. Physiotherapist came after two. She brought two new pairs of stockings. She put one on - same size as the last, but because they are new and stiff, it was quite hard for her to get it on.
    She will order new gloves for my husband to use.

    Did some exercises for her, standing and sitting, also walking.

    So, because of the timing of these visits spread out, I didn't get to have a nap. Still might try to have one.

    ^^ yeah what's all the fuss about huh?

    We're doing our Thanksgiving meal on the Monday here so I have some time to kill....but I have lots of prep that I am just itching to get at....it's tough to sit on my hands and not get into doing anything too soon.
    @Natalka your medical visits sure sounded positive! Will DH or DS be picking up a precooked bird for you guys to have at Thanksgiving? I've seen some of the grocery flyers that have the full meal all cooked up, mind you they sure like to charge a fair bit for that service don't they? Whatever meal you 3 enjoy over the weekend, it is all about being together! Have fun!!

    All my errands were early this morning and I just feel like napping now. Maybe I'll doze off watching the ballgame....it is about to begin!!
