I give up on poinsettias, they're too difficult. So, yesterday, I went out and bought myself a Christmas cactus, which is not actually a Christmas cactus, but a Thanksgiving cactus. If anyone can find an actual Christmas cactus, I'd like to know where you got it from. Anyway, they're a jungle cactus so they'll do much better in my house than poinsettias. Surprisingly, it's humid enough here for the tropical and jungle plants. Yay me.

Yes, @Lynn49 , it's a real train train. Waiting in London for next connection which is 30 minutes late. I am trying to get death certificates to a lawyer in Chatham before his office closes so that my sister-in-law can get on with her Mother's will.

anyway spin class and weights done and back at it tomorrow. Lost 5lbs from last week. Was 226.6 and now 221.5.. hope everyone is doing well.

cabbie, that's a lot to lose in a week! I lost just over two, but that wasn't from trying! I wish I could eat more! I actually had some chicken for supper, it has been a while since I had meat.

I was only able to sleep about an hour, and that was mid-afternoon - anything else was a no-go. Sure hoping I sleep tonight!

Nighty night, folks! I am at my cousin's house. It has been a long day. Will be picked up tomorrow to go to the cemetery. The weather report is saying showers in the afternoon. So I hope they hold off until then.

Then lunch at one of my mother-in-law 's favourite restaurants.

Then everyone will be heading back to Windsor. I will be chilling at my Cousin's place.
