    Need to go to metro for 2-3 things including sushis!!! and then after do the dishes and a few tasks again

    Yay!!! Dad has his stichs(agraphes)removed,it went really well !!! Now he has tape to maintain it ,it will remove from itself.No shower for 2 days but he wash himself with a faceclothe.He is healing reallly good for someone not in good shape before.Such a great news,it made my day..!!! Off to metro later

    Good afternoon my friends! Not a lot accomplished today but walking in brief bits trying to alleviate pain. Probably was out too long yesterday but it is what it is. Now the sun is shining brighter(after my walking is done for the day). Oh well,nice to have it around.

    Good day - well I guess it's already Thursday.

    I had no choice but to sleep a bit in the evening, so I fear sleep will elude me for hours yet.

    I had a few days of yuck, hope that's over.

    YWed. morning I had a phonecall appointment with my home care coordinator. An hour and a half later, we covered pretty much everything in my life -she not only checks in on the personal, updates on the medical - including meds overview - and so much more (dogs, cats, love, etc).

    Mid aft was a session with physiotherapist, it went really well but I was sure hurting after, and now.

    Too tired to talk about the minutia - generally good mood-wise, pretty craptastic body-hurting-wise.
