    I have been ready for Christmas for a week, dinner at DD's on Christmas Eve and dinner at DS's on Christmas Day. All gifts are wrapped and the tree is up. Bring it on!

    Well better late popping in than never.... @GoJays you really outdid yourself today.Thank you for your Christmas offerings!
    This has been a long week for me and it's only Friday,but no worries! I took pity on our Christmas tree and found some older decorations for it.They're ones that haven't been seen in sometime as they were buried amongst everything and they finally came up to the surface again.
    I Have no wrapping done and need to remember just what exactly I bought and where I put it! SIL has Covid,DD starting to not feel well so plans up in the air.
    Going to cook and deliver some Christmas dinners so probably will do the same for DD and hubby and have dinner together with them online.(You just never know folks!).
    Whatever you find yourselves doing in the last few days before Christmas take care of yourselves and those you love and if you're still shopping may you know much grace and peace and show it to others!

    yep, I am also up and on here for the moment. Plans are underway. Hoping our Christmas Eve ( expanding fun before the 25th! ) turns out to be one to remember.
    We have 3 sleeping over! One of them will be the reason her and I get NO sleep, we just laugh at everything. Soon to be 75, my sister is a keeper!
    Have a wonderful " almost " Christmas day today.

    Marv!! How could I have not known Marv's forehead from Home Alone? Anyhow, another Ho-Ho-Ho time has come and gone. Everyone here seemed to be quite pleased with their real and gag gifts. The food went over so well and a HUGE shoutout thank you to ( who else ? ) @Lynn49 for passing on a recipe to me 2 days before Christmas!
    Have I ever heard of " Wife's Survival Breakfast casserole ? she asked. " No, but as soon as I researched it and tweaked most of the white bread out of it, I made up a 9 x11 pan, not even knowing if anyone would entertain that for breakfast BEFORE our turkey dinner later on?

    Surprises all around. Everyone raved over it. My 2 sisters and BIL, DH went on and on.......good grief! Talk about making the cook blush!
    Even our adult DS's wanted seconds and the next day cleaned up the last 6 portions! So we know what dish will now become a staple here.

    I used this Keto recipe and again, tweaked a few things to my own liking.
