    i sauted ground beef with onion, garlic and spices ,in another pan i sauted the cauliflower and put some turmric with black pepper and salt , then pour it on the ground beef and added some green coriander and simmer it on low heat , u will smell the beautiful aroma of the coriander . i make a sandwich with whole wheat pita bread , for me i love olives i just eat them with everything
