on top of that some leftover qinoa.

it was so yummy!

Just me and my honey tonight, so we ordered Chinese food - just df shrimp and the place's special chow mein. It was awesome!

Looks yummy, Janetta! We tried the Healthy Harvest pastas, too, and didn't like them at all. I'm all for trying to be a bit healthier, but icky doesn't cut it. The Smart pasta tastes more 'normal', so I get that once in a while.

I agree! I still have 10 or so boxes left that I stockpiled a year or so ago.. lol Might just end up donating, hoping someone else might enjoy it. Or maybe I'll try frying them, putting seasonings on them and making it into a salad topping or snack...? Anyone tried this? lol

i always get smart pasta they r healthy and taste quite delicious.

Recovering from a nasty stomach bug yesterday...the boys are having IGA's Deli Fresh pizza...ham and pineapple...me...probably soup and toast, again...

last night we went out for a treat with the girls to pizza hut. we had a canadian pizza on stuffed crust. yuck. when you picked up the slice it was all flopsy and flimsy.
tonight tho was so good. maple leaf prime stuffed chicken (portabello and swiss i think), missouri rice casserole (MMMMMMM) and a caesar salad and a oven fresh baguette. vanilla pudding for dessert.
