What's For Dinner?

lastnight was cheddar/jalepeno sausages, onions, peppers and mushrooms mixed with penne and tomato sauce with shredded cheese over it and put in the oven. no complaints from anyone. so good.

tonight was delissio pizza. meh.

We had Sobey's deli pizzas (supreme and cheeseburger), which were both good. Husband also had a huge portion of leftover meatballs and spaghetti - that man has two hollow legs.

Honey baked chicken, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli. No leftovers

Earlier in the week we had hot dogs with chili and last night I made DH mac and cheese with cut up dogs in it as per his request.

No idea about tonight but for dessert we have banana cake cupcakes

Clearing out the leftovers supper - the men had chicken, veggies, and rice; I had spaghetti and sauce.

Christmas Eve supper tonight - holubtsi (cabbage rolls), pyrohy (perogies), baked salmon, roasted potatoes, mushroom and onion sauce.
All meatless and dairy-free dishes (there are traditionally 12, but we don't do them all because there are just three of us) - always simple, because we have fasted all day!

Tonight, chicken wings and Chinese food. Then snacks at cousins party afterwards. Sun night Christmas dinner.
