You heal you and keep asking for what you need. Too much stress affects the environment in which your mind and body need to be in sync. You want that synchronicity and do keep going out when you can rally the energy to do so to just enjoy time outdoors and not be in a rush to get somewhere.

Nature and I get along with walks though I am saying to myself wait for April to do any gardening or planting. Usually I hustle to do more trimming and such at this time of year --a state of blah lurks now. There are branches getting a pruning when this latest windchill settles down again.
I am not dealing with that one person down the hall of their too chicken sh!t to come and say it to my face that’s it that’s all. They also into fentanyl and I don’t approve at all, they need to stop it all it’s making them age and become aggressive and a B itch. They talk about moving and I hope that it happens sooner for them then later.

My other friend whose on it pays me substantially more then the other. I like my internet but I have to see about a new contract with Shaw because this one year deal isn’t working for me it used to be cheaper then this with a two year contract.

It’s not that stressful I have other stress in my life like sprained ankle, crutches that cost $25 not covered, how to make it from A to B tonight on crutches when the sun goes down, ran out of meat and vegetables to eat, specialist appointments, broken elevator, being with my mother, cocktail of meds I take everyday, time restraints, i need a vacation haven’t had one since 2015, cyst on ovary, schmorl nodes on my spine, more arthritis in my spine, and sleep deprivation, addictive personality...

BC has been paying carbon tax for years...I am getting a refund of $75 from taxes. GST comes April 5th... I get a raise of $50 from the provincial government for PWD.

I just had an apple with almond butter. Why do I love that so much? Well strawberries with almond butter is my fav Perfect after workout snack. I am a sweaty mess hiding in my office. I can't wait to go home and shower. Will put a load of laundry on after my shower to keep up on it and so I can hang stuff that needs to hang to dry.

I went back to WM tonight to pick up a few things that I didn’t get yesterday, while there I checked the school supply display...they still hadn’t changed the signs. I even missed a few last night. I SCOPed 21 items and only paid $1.97 on the two large packs of Crayola again. Price difference between the scanned price and the SCOPed price was $116.83 in savings. I kept a few items for our family. My donation to ds’ school has now grown and moved into a box. The box might need some tape to make sure it holds the weight.
    Here are tonight’s SCOPes.
    Attachment 349382
    Attachment 349383
    Attachment 349384

    The box for the school.
    Attachment 349385

    I also bought
    Chapman’s icecream 3x $3.77 - (2 x $4) = $3.31 + taxes for icecream
    Aveeno lotion $7.97 - $3 coup = $4.97
We really needed more lotion. Kids and I are all using it. My hands crack and bleed. Pur kids hands have dry itchy spots from this winter. I have more $3 Aveeno coupons for when I find a sale or just need more.

    Morning all,

The sunshine is blessing us again today!

DS2's birthday celebration was nice, he rec'd most of the items he requested. The last gift is arriving by Puralator today .

I rec'd a phone call from our CC company yesterday and told them to send me whatever they wished to discuss in writing as there are way too many scams out there, the lady seemed shocked, oh well, if it's legit they mail something and if not then who knows.

    Supper tonight is hamburgers.

    Wishing everyone a wonderful day!
2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

Afternoon -off I went this morning at 7.45 it was snowing and blowing and I don't really care to drive in that ,I hit 3 stores first
lococos -I spent 39.10 and got a lot of fresh fruit and veggies -saved 1.50 in cpns there
    Walmart
-I spent 30 something -I found socks 6 pack fruit of the loom 10.00 size 4-10 I though yeah socks for me but they fit but are way to tight at the top so back they go -may have to look into the diabetic socks as they are looser at top, oh and I found an alia long sleeve top for me 7.00 reduced so happy

oh and got buy 4 oatmeal for 8.00-buy 3 get 1 free cpn -I told the girl it was a multi buy sale but she took off 3.69 when I looked at the bill at home 8.00-3.69=1.07 each thanks again frugalbigmama

Then on to fortinos I spent 102 but redeemed 60.00=42.25 plus I got 4,600 in personal points back
Got in the door at 11.00 a.m

Oh and rbc visa credit card is having a reduced points offers on some gift cards til march 6 so I redeemed 2,625 for a $25.00 petro gas card =free for us

Laundry...never ending. I didn't end up doing anything last night so tonight is the night. 2 loads at least and wash the duvet I meant to wash on the weekend. That is the plan!

I really want to rip my closet apart and start fresh. Maybe tonight will be the night! So many old clothes that do nothing for me need to go!

Yup I think if I clear my closet it will force me to go buy new clothes (I made do before because I had financial goals but I have crushed them so time to take care of me)
