Sent trade on Dec 19 and i am still waiting for the trade to come. I saw couponmom81 login often even her last post was on January 3. But she did not reply to both my private message and visitor message. I am worry now.

PM'd and sent a public message to rectify both ends of the trade and received no response. She has been online all week but I have not received a response.

Update: Angela273 responded stating she contacted Sally888 instead of PM trader back directly and will keep trade as is. Did not receive any message from Sally888 with an update on the trade. Will assume that Sally888 was busy.

Read through this thread but can't seem to see any posts related to this particular situation so I have a question and would appreciate unbiased advice...

I entered a trade where both traders did not receive what was agreed upon. Since both sides did not receive what was asked for but one side attempted to resolve it.. I'm wondering what to do with FB?

Transaction is not worth a complete negative but rather neutral due to lack of cooperation/communication when I did not receive coupon asked for. I kept lines of communication open when I was informed that I sent wrong amount of an item and offered to send item again. When I received my envie the following week, I got the wrong coupon and a series of expired ones with no explanation.

Fearing retaliation FB if I do give feedback or having that FB removed by a mod although I made an attempt to make trade right. Also considered not leaving any feedback because of retaliation feedback but feel it is important for new traders to know that 1 person recently did not have appropriate trading experience with 'experienced' trader and got ripped off IMO (No apology, no PM to attempt to rectify problem)

Brynhilde - if this is with Sally888 - then she'll get back to you and Angela. That's what Sally888 does. But it usually takes a couple of days.

Once that process is complete, you'll know where you stand and you can leave your feedback as you see fit.

Considering the history of this trade, it's probably best that Sally888 handles it; I'm sure she will get back to you as soon as she can.

I really think you need to stop rehashing this one and saying that you got ripped off; the drama a few pages back was more than enough. I'm certainly not taking sides as I do not know either of you, nor have I traded with either of you, so this is from just what I have been reading regarding this specific situation.

It was a roak for 2 ps, I waited a month didn’t get FB or the stamps. PMed her, received the trade rate and she asked if I had received them yet. I told her we’d give it another week and they never came so I pmed her.. it was awkward and I wasn’t sure what to say so I told her if she’s absolutely sure that she had sent them then to never mind. I felt bad that in the end she lost 2 ps’s but she pmed me back and insisted on sending more. We worked it out in a private, effective and fast manner

I'm just a little curious. What do you mean "raok for 2 ps"? An RAOK is a Random Act of Kindness and therefore nothing would be sent in exchange. If it was a trade for 2 ps (postage stamps??) then it was a trade, not an RAOK.

I think this might be an area of confussion for a lot of SC'ers. To me that would be a trade because you're getting something (even if it's just to cover postage). To me an RAOK is one sided. One person sending something to someone else without getting anything in return.

So, the above would be like a SASE RAOK (self-addressed stamped envelope random act of kindness)?

If anything your the one who made the mistake with the stamps then turned around and said, oh you didnt send me the right coupon. It's a she said he said and I've asked you both to stop. As far as I'm concerned this trade is over. This kind of information does not need to be here. Exactly how am I being biased? I do not know either of your. Put each other on ignore and move on. You are ranting over a stamp and an apparent wrong coupon. This is my second request that this trade is over. I do not feel that you should leave her a negative or neutral because in the first part your the one that made the oopsie.

Please, move on.
