    Good Morning Everyone,
A chilly start to the morning here, I am holding out and have not turned on our heat yet, trying to hold out as long as I can because I just don't want those bills yet. Although I see tomorrow we are supposed to go up to 22 but then Friday night we go down to -1 so it is coming.

I am struggling hard with mornings, another night of good sleep but still my body is like "please can we have some more" when my alarm goes off. Hoping the time change will work in my favour.

Feeling a little overwhelmed at work, we have two new to the company positions starting on the same day so now I am trying to crete training plans and see if I can tandem train some of it. Fun times, fun times.

Last night I was craving a Baked Potato so I made Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops with Baked Potatoes and half a Kale Salad kit. The Pork Chops was a new recipe it was good but needs some tweaking, part of it my fault, I added too much seasoning and should have cut out the salt. But the part that bothered me was you cook them in a frying pan and then put them in the oven, well when I put them in the oven I lost that beautiful crust I had on the bottom. We will make again but I think I might just cook in a frying pan.

Tonight's dinner is a mystery, I was thinking mexican but then I remember I would need to run to the store for peppers and lime and honestly, it probably won't happen today, not with 2 training plans to write.

I am finally making my Apple Oatmeal, it is in the oven now, I just did a half batch but also hoping the oven will add some heat to the house.

Hoping if I can get the outlines done, I had take a break at lunch and try to get a few things around this house done. Just need to focus, let's hope today is calmer than yesterday, yesterday I got a ton done but none of it was what was on my to-do list it was all day-to-day in the moment stuff.

    Happy Tuesday Everyone.

Morning! Another cool damp day here.
I did not leave the house at all yesterday and today is looking the same. Ugh. I really want to go to the gym but it is just too cold for me.
Will use the treadmill and weights here.....which just tells me to cancel the membership but I really do want to go there (and use the pool)

Dinner- will be chicken quesidias with brocolli salad. Have peppers and onions to use up so it is a perfect idea! I will pull my griddle up from the basement so I can grill them all at the same time. I will cook the chicken in the oven later this morning to make it easier for dinner.

Yesterday was very productive house wise..I do have a busy work day today so not sure I will get much done but will try and keep at it.
My office is almost clean Found a pile of school uniforms from DS that I want to post for free (I know how expensive they are and we were lucky to get hand me downs too even though we bought lots as he grew)

Hoping we get the sunshine tomorrow so I can rake! Need to fill the trailer so we can do one last dump run. Tired of yard work...will be glad when it is done.

    Have a great day!

Finally managed to get to Costco yesterday morning after 2 failed attempts. Our Costco is beyond crazy with all the new developments in the area. Not to mention between Halloween and Diwali it’s a gong show most of the time.

We stayed on track and stuck to the list with the exception of adding spinach (which I forgot to check the freezer and were low). Got stocked up for work related things and only spent $200 on our personal items. We are now stocked up on the basics but will obviously need to return for more of my golden kiwis. Mmmmmmmm.

Today is tidy day and of course more laundry but first I’m headed to the gym. Fingers crossed it stays dry until I’m done.

Came home from my dental surgery ,not cheap to get an implant .On top of just paying for a fridge .He said soft foods today or soup lukewarm ,i am sure this freezing wont be gone til later.

At least i have 4 months before i go back to get the crown ,so the money is spread out a bit .
I may just put the sheets in the wash then lie down.

Anything dental related is big bucks @coupon girl . Sometimes I think I should just get all mine removed and either get dentures or gum everything . Hope your back to feeling better soon and have no more bills.

@coupon girl sorry about your sore mouth. If it makes you feel better, Premier Ford is giving you $200+ soon. Rebate. This can help with your dental bill. They are calling these Douggie Dollars

Yes shwa girl i will take the 200.00 from doggie in the new year as this implant is the same amount so far as my nice new fridge in the kitchen -go figure.I am not even done paying the total in march i will get the crown and hubbies work will pay part of that .

I wish i had a dental plan from years of working part time but alas i dont ,as i started out part time when hubby was laid off when the kids were little .Then in the last 10 years of me working my dear mom needed me for appointments ,doctors visits, hospitalization etc.Which i dont regret ,i miss her so much some days .
Even 11 years ago i took 2 months off work as she had a quadrouple bypass and i didnt get paid ,but my work held my job for me.I looked into payment of some sort ,but was told she didnt have cancer and wasnt dying so no .

Sorry just a small rant on my part.
I am thankfull for the benefits my hubby has,and soon i will have all my teeth looking great .Few more months .

I didnt get a lot of sleep last night as my mouth was throbbing better this morning .Taking Ashlyn to her tudoring tonight from 4-5 and i have to stitch Caras costume as she has been" stitch " the disney character and most likely wearing it around the house .lol

    Morning! We have sunshine!
I haven't left the house since Sunday so today is the day I get out and about.

Finish my busy work day (I started early so I could finish and enjoy the sunshine) Have a nice shower, blow dry my hair and maybe even put on some make up

Will top up my gas tank today since the weather is nice. Maybe even a drive for a free dinner and a walk at the beach before hand Will see what the day brings!

    Enjoy the day!

    Better late than never @harbie
I took a picture of my chickpea muffin recipe when I made it recently. I make a nut free version of this recipe by replacing the peanut butter with a combination of unsweetened apple sauce and oat flour.

Angela, I was thinking of you this weekend as I was in your neck of the woods visiting some friends East of Regina.
