    After having many of my trains derail (30% or more), I have stopped doing them. Just not worth the hassle. Still love riding them though
    I dont really think the that above is fair (even if it does say so in the train rating guidelines thread). I have been waiting for a traditional train for almost a month and no sign of it. I have been on lots of trains with the past rider (so I know that she sent it), but I still havent received it. I really hope it comes soon - I dont think that either her and I should received a neutral if it doesnt show up! (note - the conductor hasnt said anything about a neutral rating etc, I am just responding in respect to the above statement that happened to sort of fit my situation)

    I think it depends on the person and your previous experiences with them and the circumstances, if it is someone you trust to mail then it could just be CP and a neutral is unfair, especially if they are in contact etc.

    I know for me personally, sending xpresspost at work, they have lost 2 out of the last 10 envies we send between our office and HO. Two more were first misdelivered (one to a town an hour away) and 2 more took way longer than the 1-2 business days promised. That is when they know the mail is being tracked! I hate to think whats happening with our regular mail.

    We have preprinted labels for each other, big font, which we have used for years so its not an address problem

    Yep, expresspost is almost always delivered at least a day late for me (I always call and ask for my refund, which they have always sent to me).

    I recently sent an envie expresspost, and it went missing. The only scan they have is the initial scan when they accepted it at the post office. I opened an official enquiry, and they have NO idea where the package is - it's just gone. I have left messages with questions, and my calls never get returned. This morning, I called and told them they have 24 hours to return my call, and after that I am reporting this to the ombudsman. We'll see if that gets me anywhere.

    It's just SO infuriating.

    I have several of them from work gilligan34, it is very frustrating. I have one with not even an initial scan bc I used a prepaid envelope so when I dropped it off, the woman just put it in the drawer for pickup
    We opened a UPS account, it costs us more but at least stuff is getting there

    Oh and check your email about the missing xpresspost envie, after I complained, they sent me a form email which was spammed with instructions on how to reply for a refund (no mention of where my package could possibly be) and they would only return calls which I left the reference # on

    I leave my full name, phone number, and case reference # on every single voicemail.

    Update!
    I had a feeling saying I would report it to the ombudsman might get their attention... I got a call back!
    As they had previously stated, they have mailed me a cheque to cover my initial expresspost postage, plus the $20 GC that was inside the envelope. Today, I requested that on top of that, they cover the cost for me to mail it again because of the hassle I have gone through... They are mailing me an additional cheque to cover a future expresspost mailing.

    Definitely still not acceptable, especially when the packages are important things that people depend on (like the employee expenses). I do find FedEx/UPS much more reliable.
    I'm just glad they are doing something for me.

    Just wondering why Crispycream in not on the blacklist??? Since her address is different than Sculley. IMO it should be at the top since they are probably gonna start another user name any day.

    Has anyone heard from slg657 recently? I have the same with my traditional train; she was the last passenger, haven't had any responses to my messages if she has received the train and her last activity was March 24. The train was mailed from the previous passenger two weeks prior and although I know CP can be slow, I would be less suspicious if she made contact. Is is unreasonable for me to leave a negative if I haven't heard anything by the end of the week?
