I'm making homemade pizza for my enchanting family.
the dough will be ready soon & I've just made the sauce. dh gets to grate cheese & cut up all the toppings.
the dog sits there & looks needy so I'll share a crust or 2 with her.

Going to a friend's place for a bbq. He planned on having one last weekend, but his job interfered. We're bringing chairs, disposable plate and cups, burger and hotdog buns. Just have to see what else is there, not that I'm complaining.

$7.70 worth of lean ground beef, made into 16 (not all shown) burger patties!
They're not so tiny either..
I made a kim-chi burger with mayonnaise and lettuce on it.
Served it with a side of baked 'fries' (which was tossed with crushed cornflakes = super crunchy!) and a salad. :D

Janetta, do you have a food blog? Your pictures always make me hungry and interested in your dinner. If you don't have one, may I suggest you make one
Dinner is going to be Olivieri ravioli (BOGO coupon) with a pesto cream sauce (I think) and some salad.

What a nice thing to say alicia!! So true about the pictures.
The Olivieri Ravioli is pretty good.
I have dinner in the oven (before it gets too hot)
- Onion Quiche with a ritz cracker crust that can be nuked later or eaten cold. We'll have the rest of a pasta salad & my fave spinach salad.
Have a happy day all!!

grilled kabobs - ground beef on a long skewer. a little tricky to form right onto a metal skewer but it unds up being perfectly cooked and browned on the outside.
fresh rotis - yuck i hate making them but hubby's really crabby when i don't, grrr
fresh green chutney. a bunch of mint, handful of cilantro, a green chili, green onions, half a small tomato and salt all buzzed in the blender.
