that is low isnt it? Im 5'5 and 178 pounds. So far so good! I realized that two pieces of my Dempsters multigrain bread was only 1 point more than an english muffin, so I just had that with Smuckers sugar free strawberry jam, for 5 points.
I had to put aside my morning ritual for the last year of a McDonalds coffee and a muffin, the muffin is apparently 12 points. I am learning tons! I am doing the online version as the meetings were all held at inconvenient times for me. So far so good, for $60 bucks for 3 months, Im learning tons so far!

Good luck, everyone...I don't think I ever made it up to my 29points in a regular basis...I pretty much kept around the 23 mark and felt quite satisfied...my bread was always WW, since 2 slices are only 2 points...I'm afraid my diet was pretty boring for the most part, but 50lbs later it feels pretty darn good!! Good luck!!!!

Welcome Nandiva416.
I get 26 points a day but I usually use a few of my extra weekly points.
I have had a craving for soup since Lynn mentioned it the other day. Made a big pot of WW vegetable soup tonight.
I usually buy the WW bread for the low points. Found some wraps at Walmart called Flatout Flatbread and they are only 3 points per flatbread. Used it to make a vegetable pizza for lunch and it was very good.
Have a great weekend.

Hello Ladies!!! I have lost 41 pounds as of my last weigh in. So I am pretty happy about that. I am still doing it on my own. I am in school now and I always get the comments that I sure do eat healthy LOL. I try to eat some cereal ( special k) with 1 % milk or a bagel for breaky. I usually bring some veggies, fruit ,100 calorie pack treat sometimes a sandwich or salad. Depends on what i have. Then I eat a sensible dinner and thats it. Every now and then I will have a cookie or some chips yum yum but I stick to the good stuff. I hope everyone is doing well and everyone is losing losing!!!If anyone is getting discouraged try the simply filling for a week or do it everyother day and see how that works. You can maybe give yourself a kickstart with a few pounds lost when doing simply filling. Boost!!!

Well, working inside now and I was worried about NOT getting my walking workouts on the street, HA! I do more walking now inside than outside. It's a big Depot, lol. So I am still holding steady at the same weight as last week, but hoping for that 2 lb loss by Wednesday.
Great job everyone...oh and now I have to make soup today thanks to the power of suggestion from reading the posts. lol.
