hmmm. I've never had either of those. I always get a pasta dish and then fill up on caesar salad and their yummy bread. lol. Usually pasta is brought home. hahahah.

I was reading online that you're supposed to starve the flu? Is that true? Someone said use the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Apples and Toast). Anyone know if there's any truth to that?

pedialyte in TEASPOONS every 15 mins that works for us. once that settles after a few times they can try small sips.
then BRAT once they're ready to eat
