I used to keep everything in, or try to at least and it made me miserable. People always know when something is bothering me cause it shows all over my face... I can't hide my emotions to save my life!

I will tell ya, sometimes there is nothing better than a good, long cry... and maybe a glass of wine or two

yep tammy i agree. i didn't used to cry as much when i was on my meds ... but now sometimes a good cry is just cleansing. gets all the garbage out so you can breathe again.

I cry all the time... sad=cry. Mad=cry. Angry=cry. Hungry=cry lol. But sometimes I'll soak in a tub full of bubbles and just cry it all out lol... it really does work!!

I've also been blessed with an amazing best friend... she lets me bawl when I need to and tells me to smarten up when I need to hear it!
