No food in the fridge but I was gonna do my groceries wed morn. Get to work tonight and there was tons of rotini left in the fridge from a meeting room's dinner. and desserts, oatmeal cookies,etc. Damn good lol.

I need some advice...please
I have this friend that i have known since 7th grade and he wants to take me to Cuba --I have never been and he has and talks about it all the time. (I will pay for my trip) Is it weird or wrong to go with a guy? (Ps we think of each other as brother and sister) My DH has never met him..but knows of him. We lose contact for years and then one of us always finds each other and we get along so great! It is like no time has passed
Just wondering what everyone thinks??

I don't know what to think. I went to meet momofkali in Vancouver and even had dinner with her whole family and her DH seemed to be ok with that. But going to cuba. I hear of so many stories of people going away and something bad happening. If you trust him and your dh is ok with it, why not as long as it's something you really want to do.

I have seen in the news people being hurt in cuba, mexico,etc by people they were traveling with such as spouses, ex's, friends etc. Not saying anything will happen but I guess I'm always the one that has to bring up the horror stories lol sorry.

I think the answer to this would be as long as you're husband understands the relationship and is fine with it then it is acceptable. But.....I'm not sure how you're husband can be okay with it if he hasn't even met the guy.Maybe I am too middle aged to give advice on this but if you can afford to buy you're own flight why wouldn't your husband go too?

Hey, cabbie! I was quite surprized to see the modum lights all on when I came in here about 2:30, so I jumped right on, to make the most of the time I have.

But wouldn't you know it, what if it's on all the time before the tech guy gets here? I'll feel stupid...
However, when this has happened before, like last year, it was able to be solved remotely, so something has to be up I would think since this time it couldn't be.

Well I hope you figure it out. I hate that, you tell maintenance at the hotel a heater is broken and when he checks it, it's fine lol.
