Very happy the internet guy fixed things up - he just left (well, actually he's outside skulking in the van) so hopefully it won't be cutting in and out any more. Something wrong with the end of one of the cables.

Machine worked great so far. first couple pics..is this recipe..

Beef Stew and Biscuit Bake
4 small or 2 large refrigerator biscuits
1 can (7.5 ounces) beef stew, Remove any excess liquid or 1 cup left
over stew
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
Press two small biscuits together or one large to form a 6-inch oval.
Repeat with the remaining biscuits. Carefully fit the biscuits into the
wells and spoon 1/2 the stew into each biscuit cup.
Cook 8 to10 minutes or until biscuits are browned and puffy and stew
is hot.
Top with cheese. Serves 2.

But I used chili instead of stew..but I do have stew to try that way too..

“Pie” Batter
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup baking mix
Mix all ingredients together in a covered shaker. Extra can be stored
in the refrigerator for a day or two.




Pizza Burger Pies
1/2 cup ground beef, cooked and drained
2 Tablespoons pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pie batter
Place half of ground beef and half of pizza sauce in each cooking
well. Add half the cheese to each cooking well. Pour “pie” batter
over ingredients filling each well to the top.
Cook 10 minutes. Serves 2.

Instead of ground beef I used pepperoni. lol.

Okay...so I'm back from the clinic (our doc not in today)...and apparently it's some sort of "calcification crystals" in the knee causing the pain... so I have a 'script for some meds and I'm to go back to see him Friday morning. I'm thinking if I'm fine by then I probably won't go back...I really detest clinics...there are sick people there, coughing, sneezing...and the WORST thing is...and it's never been done at that clinic before, but is now...is that the receptionist asks for your address, phone number and WHY you're there!! I know who has a bladder infection, who's there for birth control...omg!! So I passed her my health card and my driver's licence when I was called up, and said the phone number is also the same. I told her "knee pain" which is probably what I'd tell her no matter why I was there! Can you imagine??!!
Does your clinic ask people to divulge out loud their personal information like that?!!!

Anyhoodles...thank you all for your concern...I was so worried since we're off to NY in a couple of weeks, which will entail lots of walking (in Macy's)...thanks, everyone...I hope this med works!

Yes, at our mediclinic, they ask for the same info. As for telling them what brings people there, it's just for them to know how serious it is, if testing may need to be done, etc. so they can plan the apt. accordingly. I keep my info very generic when I give it.
Hey, but you should check with your own doc if you aren't going back to the clinic, to know if the meds worked, or if you need something different.
Hoping it eases up for you soon!

Oh, this guy from Shaw was absolutely awesome - very polite, showed and told me everything he was doing, etc. We've always had excellent service from them, both on the phone when troubleshooting or the few times we've needed to have someone come in person. You know it's a good company when they put the cute little blue booties on over their shoes when coming in the house, lol!

cab - I used to be mezmerized by the infommercials for machines like that... everything they cooked was so 'amazing', lol!
Great for one person, especially if there's no access to a kitchen.

Phone number and why your there usually is standard...I sometimes get "is the address correct on your healthcard"
The reason the clinic that I go to ask what is wrong is bc its a multi-specialist clinic with 5 Dr's always on..each one with different skills, so if you have a cold, you go to Dr 1, if your having woman's issues or cramping you see Dr 2 etc - whats really great is they have xrays, ultra sounds and ab right there on premises and on Wednesday a allergy specialist and Mondays a ear nose and throat specialist.
