I'm sure she will soon. It's always busy this time each week with flyers etc. I'm sure we can all wait a few days. The most important thing is that we know our own progress.

Good Morning everyone!! I have been soooo busy " cycling " for the last maybe 2 weeks now!




It has really paid off too. I now weigh almost 5 lbs more than I did at the start of this challenge!!! Oh Dear Lord! I knew I was walking a tightrope taking chances here and there, a little sweet, a little salty, a little fatty...but being off work has me kind of bored, also made my willpower disappear, and the fridge is now sooo close to me. (see how I justifed??)

No pity party allowed, No one else did this but me, not my " saboteur DH " who brings home tempting Saint Cinnabons, not the TV with ads tantalizing me to eat fried everything, nope, just me.

Good luck everyone else on your weigh in day!! I am all the way back to square one and then some I think now??

Me: "Can you pick me up a treat at the store?"
DH: "Sure, what do you want?"
Me: "A little bag of dill pickle and a small Coke." (My standard reward for eating well."

DH: "The bigger bag and bottle were cheaper per unit." (Holding up a full size bag and 2L bottle).
Me: "I may be a SC, but saving on fat and calories is trumping saving on indulgences."

I think you know how I went up 0.5 lbs.

There will be no treat this week. If I lose or maintain next week, I think I will walk to the store myself.
