i made hotdogs with cheese in them, bacon on top and cheese sauce... they were actually really good.. was only able to eat 1 though

I ended up making cream of potato leek soup, last night was chili and I was hoping tonight woud be Pierogi Lasagna but i'll see what time I get home today.......

Stuffed peppers with rice(made regular rice + rice & beans). Even managed to bake a dozen blueberry muffins!

The fiancé is making me a celebratory dinner of homemade (full on home-made, not our usual half pre-made) tomato sauce, meatballs, pasta, salad and garlic bread. I didn't even know he could/would make meatballs
it smells amazing in here. Cannot wait until it is done. Then I will groan in over-stuffed-ness afterwards

We got home later than I hoped so it was the leftover soup but I did manage to start roasting a chicken and some sweet taters for tommorow

Last night I didn't have help on time to make the phyllo pie, so we had baked fish, hashbrowns, and carrots.
Tonight will be the pie, maybe with some ham.

Made a balance of that salmon we purchased last week at the fish market. I blackened it, and I made some wild rice and garlic roasted asparagus to go with it. No picture
We were to hungry!

Got home from work at walmart 7.30am. I was actually all done and ready to punch out 6.50am but you have to wait till 7am to punch out in case they call for a night crew meeting. On the way out I picked up 2 btl bagels from mcdonalds to go and cousin picked me up 4 mins later. Ran out of space and had to put the reaming toys in cold storage lol.
