Update - Friday Oct 24, 2008: As in the past, Points and Prizes members are expected to hold themselves to the Terms of Use for the site, up to and including, reporting bugs found on the site not exploiting them. When we make a mistake, we award points to our users to make up for the issue, as we did with the 5000 keyword awarded at the end of the Payless contest. However please don't try to cheat our system - when a bug is exploited instead of reported, we are left with no choice than to remove all points gained from use of that exploit. We are reviewing data and will be suspending accounts as deemed necessary.
Please be fair and play by the rules so that everyone can enjoy the free prizes we provide.

I cashed out the points in my parents' account - the one I was using to save up for the Wii. I figure by the time I get enough points for anything I really want it's gone anyway. So I got the last (only?) copy of The Fall Of The Roman Empire.

Hopufully the brats will enjoy this flick better than the making of Wicked DVD. Both of them got up and left - guess I should have made more popcorn or flavoured it with liver to keep them interested?

As for PnP, I'm still waiting for points on the previous contests. Maybe they'll give them to us by Xmas?

For all of you who liked "Twilight" I just found this on the Chapters site. It is a contest to see a pre-screening of Twilight. The contest is only for Canadians (sorry) and some provinces are also excluded (Quebec, all the maritimes, and the territories)....okay so the contest is really only good for Ontario and west.

something along the line, of what about the numerous times we report the bugs in your system that jipped us of pts and it never got addressed.

MAN, did i ever blow alot of steam outta my butt just now to p&p. and i included some very nasty words. i couldn't help it. i'm so mad right now i don't care if i ever see another prize.

it's fun just comming here and talking amonst you guys right? entering the words was just a side dish. the main feast is here. always will be. who needs some cheapy tacky prize.

oh, and after my rant i ended it with : GOVERN YOURSELVES ACCORDINGLY!

has anyone been able to claim TOFFEE? This word was re-used from back in September. It was one of the 250pt words from Geoparent that expired on October 1st. I've tried to enter it a few times but I get the message that I've already claimed it. Time to send another e-mail to P&P - unless I'm the only one having problems.

First STICKY and now BLACKPEA. I found BLACKPEA yesterday on the MomsMenu-Practical Recips newsletter that is right on their website. Then yesterday they send the MomsMenu-Time to Eat e-mail and it has BLACKPEA in it again. They sure are screwed up this week. I think I'll head back to the website to see if they changed any of the newsletter words.

I just feel like replying... what's the point of letting you know of your bugs... when they are in your favour we are generally not compensated, (apart from the one time) nor are our emails generally answered. I've asked 3 times about the 3 other contests, and NADA. Maybe they should award points for every reported bug.

Yeah - i don't feel like voting or doing words... just in case. I will ask that they post an email address, rather than a web form so that i can keep track of my correspondance with them, and their lack of response

the way they threatened to suspend accts, anyone that is thinking about flipping them an email better do it quick. god knows what accts they'll suspend. i'm postive mine will be.

i'm wondering, if enuf ppl din't bother with p&p, would it affect how much $$$ they get from advertisers? just wondering if we have any clout with our memberships to make them pay attention...
