I looked through every chocolate bar at Superstore yesterday and finally found one with no milk or soy products. Bought it and split it up into little ziplocs so that I can grab one for the day. also realized that I can still eat corn products and potato so certain chips are great. still trying to eat healthy though!



man. it's like one of those real life dramas. I'm sure if we were in the states, there would be a reality show about crappy landlords!



Clementine. That is so super cute. I love that. maybe I'll name my daughter that one day. haha. and I'll say I got her name from a pug. haha.

There are some really yummy macaroons that are free of dairy & soy out there. I can't remember the brand name but Cowgirlmama should know as I sent her some on the advent train. They sell them at bulk barn & the Loblaws chain stores. There is also yummy chocolate that doesn't contain soy or dairy got o think of the name & I will get back to you.

I hope your weekend is off to a great start!

Buddy- I know I had tassimo disks on my WL- but I just treated myself to a Keurig! LOL so k cups would be awesome as well I still have the tassimo so if you got disks they will still be used

Bought the pantaloons- and am now deciding how to embellish- couldn't find a sparkly pink cat for the front LOL

Bluz- I love the name Clemintine! sooo cute!

So quick update on us- hubby is in Bellevegas and has his son, there is a court date on Thursday to solidify the emergency custody order and wrap things up with CAS. His family actually chipped in to pay for a lawyer which is amazing! So if all goes well he and hubby should be en route to Nova Scotia Thursday afternoon after school, and back just in time for me to fly to Miami for training on Sunday am LOL

On the Miami note- I have no idea when any of my warmer weather clothes are ! This weekends mission will be to try and locate clothes that won't make me sweat like a polar bear in a fur coat :p

So I told dh about this plan and he said "I am going to be a garden gnome someday so I don't need one' Arrrgrrgghh.
(background for those that don't know hubby's gnome story - when he dies he wants to be cremated, mixed with cement and made into a set of 2 garden gnomes, one for each daughter, who in turn has to sign an agreement that they will take him in the house in the winter) so that gives you an idea of our twisted humour. Although he would like to pitch this idea to Dragons Den, after polling friends, many of them would love to be made into 'something' after they die lol.

We won't know til we see her anyways.... he said she could be named Sally for all we know right now.

Not sure what we're up to today, oldest dd wants to go get some fabric.... but no one has surfaced from bed yet.

Remember to also pack some clothes to layer. We went to Florida a couple years ago as a family vacation and some members almost froze and had to go buy light sweatshirts. Funny thing was the girls back here keep emailing me weather updates and most days we were the same in Ontario and Florida or Ontario was warmer lol.

Your hubby sounds like some of my family. They may not want to be gnomes but I know some who would totally put an agreement into place. We just had Nanny and Hezy mixed, half to scattered here where they met and half to be scattered on a trail ride in Calgary where my uncle lives, since they met through horse back riding and my uncle's wife rides and took nanny on her last ride before she got sick.

My dad is all over the place.... some on the beach of the house we lived in when he died, some up in Strathcona Park on Vancouver Island, I have some here in NS, we had some actually buried in a cemetery, and my mom and sis have some. My mom wants to be buried here in NS so I will likely put my bits and her bits of dad in with her too.

Today, I have my little chunky monkey. That is what we call my niece. She is 5 months and is wearing size 9-12 months. Love her to pieces. Nothing beats a Saturday sleep-over with Auntie. We have so many fun things to do today... like the jolly jumper, the exersaucer(sp), bath time, story time, bedtime......... My sister and her hubby are soooooo very lucky. Abby goes to sleep between 6:30-7:30pm and sleeps until 6:30-7:30am

I'm thinking about jumping on another VWT....

When I host my next one.. its already full (bahahahahaha---thanks for the love ladies)

I'm spending tomorrow fixing up my resume. Decided I am going to find part-time work. I'm excited and nervous. I last had to "search and interview" in 2006. Eeeek!!! It's like riding a bike though.... riiiiiight?!?!?!?!?!?!

Totally not what I used to do.... but Pennington's is hiring here..... how I would LOVE to help other women feel and look their best. I'm going to apply. I'm also applying to a foot care clinic for reception/office admin(this is what I was doing). Please send positive energy and thoughts my way.

I picked out an"interview" outfit already. You have to feel confident!! I also dyed my roots. You have to believe it will happen! <-- getting myself "ready".
