Well after 3 years of waiting Kiera finally met the length requirements to donate her hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths campaign to make wigs. It takes 9 ponytails to make a wig.

Trying to exercise twice a day. A killer spin class and upper body weights and then a power walk with the dog. It is suppose to be a run but it s just too hot. I was taking her for 2 hours but 45minutes and she is too hot
I have gained so much weight this year!! I blame it on stress. But I am the only one who puts the food in my mouth
BTW I hate cheese whiz! Lol (one good thing)
