Oh, it absolutely does make sense...there were weeks thru the year that the scale didn't show a thing, yet my jeans felt a bit looser, etc...I wondered if it can be a redistribution of the fat? We've seen it on Biggest Loser...how can they work out that much and not lose more than 1 lb, but then the next week, they may be down -12!
I think, if you continue to be a good girl, lol...you'll see a really good drop next week!!!

agreed thriftygranny and Lynn, the clothes do not lie. I do feel the same, ( actually a bit better than the beginning of this week) and I did lose 1.5 lbs. , but....Like Lynn and some others, I was one weight at the very start of this challenge....lost.re-gained. lost re-regained...oy! Feeling my head spinning now.
I am re-focusing my efforts now on doing Jane Fonda's very low impact dvd workouts till I return to my physical job soon.
That and the birds eye view of my plate at every meal will be 1/2 veg, 1/4 carb and 1/4 protein.
Good luck everyone, Holly, you know I can always send you some of my pounds eh?? hee hee

I don't think I really need to lose any weight right now, but I feel like I need a change and that I have wasted a lot of time and effort the past while thus I am going to put my foot down on myself and commit to something. something TBD.
I'm so excited about the great effort everyone has put in here, I don't want to feel left behind, I'll think of something and commit to it!!

well i am the same weight so thats good,went on 2 walks today it was awesome walking in the snowy winter wonderland and saw a wild turkey.

Yesterday was my "cheat" day we went out for supper and while I did stick to the salad bar there were definitely some no-no's in there , can't resist Score's chicken noodle soup.

Ok guys, February is half over and here is where we stand on our mini challenge: kw01ai + 1.5 abby 0 (seems to have dropped out) patty - 2.1 lynn - .3 Ok people, the goal is 4 pounds for the month of February, we have Valentines day out of the way and family day will be done with on Monday, so there is still plenty of time to complete the challenge. Here are where my recruits are at kw01ai - you need to get back on track and loose 5.5 and I know you can do it, your amazing and have a lot of strength abby - I think she must have dropped out of the entire challenge, not just the mini challenge. patty - you have just 1.9 pounds to go, and you can do it girl!!! You are so amazing, with everything on your plate right now, and you still have an amazing outlook on everything, you truly inspire me Lynn - 3.7 to go. Football is over, so I just know you'll make it. And...I'm so very happy that you are noticing that clothes are starting to fit better It's exciting and it helps us want to keep going You all are an inspiration to me. You guy's never give up, you just keep plowing along Together we can do it, and the most important thing....we all still have our sense of humor. Great job everyone.

I am glad you are keeping track lol I have my numbers here on the wall but didn't calculate. Not that there's much to calculate
