Today was a roast beef sandwich on rye with Dill Potato Thins and a cut up fresh peach. Not bad for lunch at my desk.

Today we had fresh from the farm corn on the cob, field tomatoes and cottage cheese. Healthy and good.

I freeze them on the cob, because I love pulling them out during the winter and enjoying them!
You need to blanche corn before freezing, I do it for two to three minutes, then put right away in cold water.
To cook from frozen, I bring them to a boil, cover the pot, and steam for about six minutes - depends upon how young/old the corn is.
